The New Education Policy suggests that students till class V have to learn in their Native Language, it helps them understand the concepts easily. When the NEP that is made by the experts suggests a native Language, then isn’t it better to study the solutions in the native or flexible language for students? Class 12 board exams are made both in Hindi and English medium. Hindi solutions are useful for the medium students where they can understand the solutions and concepts.
Biology looks a bit easy but tough to know some terms and concepts. It is one subject that talks about the human body, organs and their functionalities. Not just for one class, a student needs a better understanding of concepts of Biology, which is helpful for further studies. The topics like reproduction, ecosystem are there in Class 12. If a student is more comfortable or is from a Hindi medium, then they can use Hindi Solutions to study Class 12 Biology.
Know the Syllabus:
NCERTs are best used for the CBSE syllabus, which covers each topic with diagrams, examples and day to day life scenarios in case of ecosystem or biodiversity topics. Question and answers, blanks, choose the right answer, such exercises in NCERT helpful for students in examinations. For Hindi medium students, NCERT class 12 Biology solutions are given in Hindi for the convenience and guidance for Hindi medium students. NCERT Class 12 Biology Hindi gives a student a better approach to reading and understanding Biology concepts in Hindi.
Chap 13, 14, 15, 16 all these chapters talk about the Organisms and Populations, Environment, Ecosystem, Biodiversity, and the issues around Environment. The abiotic and biotic components, the living and non-living, species, plants, environmental issues like pollution, Global warming, Groundwater depletion. Chap 11,12 Biotechnology Principles, Processes and its applications. These chapters talk about Biotechnology, what is it and why is it needed, what all the applications where Biotechnology is used. DNA, Cloning, bioprocess engineering, etc are taught in this chapter. Chap 10 Microbes in Human welfare talks about the types of Microbes like Algae, Bacteria, Fungi, Protozoa, and Virus, how they are useful. Learning about the fermentation process, how they use it in Industry, in Human welfare.
Chap 9 Strategies of Enhancement in Food production talks about the Animal husbandry, the dairy farm, poultry farm, bee-keeping, fisheries, animal breeding, all about the food that comes from the animals whether the meat or the products from the animals like milk or eggs. Plant breeding has concepts like Tissue culture, hybridization, mutation breeding and biofortification. Chap 8 Human Health and Diseases talks about health, what does it mean to be healthy, immunity, and diseases. Infectious and Non-infectious diseases, various common diseases, how they are infected through virus or bacteria. Immunity helps to fight the diseases, how it develops, why it is needed, types of immunity etc. Some diseases which have no cure or lesser cure are also mentioned in the chapter.
Chap 7 Evolution talks about knowing the facts from where did all the living beings came from, the evolution which started a long way back, like thousands or lakhs of years ago. Darwin’s theory of evolution, which says that all living things reproduce, no two individuals are alike, they differ in size, shape etc., reproduction process or duration might differ for each living thing. Chap 6 Molecular Basis of Inheritance has brief and better content on DNA, what is DNA, the structure of DNA, Gene, RNA, Mutations and Genetic codes, Gene expressions etc. In simple, DNA is helpful to know the match of the parent and child. Genes are also useful to develop cloning or identical ones.
In Chap 5 Principles of Inheritance and Variation, students get to learn about the Genes, Heredity, Mendels law of Inheritance, Plants Genes, how the child differs from parents, DNA sequences, crossing, Mendelian disorders, point mutation etc. are given with right explanation and content. All the topics are explained clearly and how the genes of the parent plant are carried to the child plant. Chap 4 Reproductive Health talks about population stabilizing, birth control, family planning, medical termination of pregnancy, infertility, etc. Knowing about the need for birth control or family planning, awareness of sex education in schools, knowing about contraception, diseases that can be transmitted sexually etc. are given in this chapter.

It consists of the male reproductive system and the female reproductive system. This chapter elaborates the process of reproduction, stages of the pregnancy, all the parts of the reproductive parts of males and females. Chap 2 Sexual Reproduction in Flowering Plants talks about the Morphology of Flowering Plants, Stages of sexual reproduction, Pollination and kinds of pollination, Structure and events involved in Pre fertilization, Formation of a zygote, formation of plants and seeds.
In Chap 1 Reproduction in Organisms, the importance of reproduction is stated, and all the subjective knowledge on how reproduction takes place, and why it is needed. Reproduction is made to enhance the increase of the organisms further or continuity of the same identity of the organism. It is of two types, sexual and asexual reproduction types.
Benefits of Revision Notes for class 12 Biology students
Revision notes are a part of an integral study habit, and many students find making revision notes troublesome. Making proper revision notes is a crucial element of studying and passing exams with maximized marks. Revision notes allow for increased learning as it develops reasoning, remembering, thinking, and imagining. These notes help a student go through and revise the long chapters in an effective and time-efficient manner. Every student has their way of making notes but is encouraged in every form. Making notes can improve the ability to summarise knowledge and comprehend it.
Revision notes make students interpret everything to read and write down in their own words for better understanding. This habit evacuates students to read without understanding a single word blankly. Hence, it makes one’s brain squeeze out the meaning of every sentence they go through.
Revision notes help students to track their leanings and all the information they have gathered throughout their preparation. Also, they act as a ready reference for any doubt at the exam time.
Revision notes save students time and energy during the peak of preparation for exams. Also, it is an easier way to recall learning in minimum time. They help students write swiftly at the exam time as they prepare properly by revising their notes. Practicing proper notes increases students’ focus and attention in detailing their write-ups that give a better performance in exams. It also increases as well as improves memory that reduces the chance of confusion and forgetting. Making revision notes stimulates the section of the brain that assists learning. While writing notes, a student can edit, summarize, and retain the essential points. Also, these notes make the revision process quicker as students go through important points when they run out of time. Notes are quicker to understand and are beneficial for revision.
Biology, as a subject has two main topics Botany and Zoology, plants, humans and animals, learning all the chapters and gaining knowledge on how, where, what and why to the questions.
